Get Pre-signed URL(s) for Asset Upload

Generates one or more pre-signed URLs for uploading assets directly to a cloud storage provider. This endpoint is typically used when you need to securely upload files to a remote storage location (e.g., S3). Each request can contain multiple assets, and for each, a pre-signed URL is returned.
